Saplastic is a factory with tradition in complex film packaging technology, so when importing equipment it understands thoroughly the technology in order to choose strong points, combine multi-nations for good price and ensure high quality for the product. Start the project in 2001, and officially come into operation in late 2002, but until 2003 for completing the management, technical team, skilled workers most suitable with the equipment, especially the pattern creating time and must have at least 500 cranes for 01 shift (now raised to over 5.000 sets)

We are also proud of producing Vinacafé coffee bag but Vinacafé still has to print in Singapore and other countries, our capacity and resource only ensure a part of the contract, the remain is printed abroad.
A. Equipment and business capital of SAPLASTIC
A 7-color copper pipe printing system made by Taiwan but main components are made by multi-nations, Chia Chang, the number one Taiwan hi-end copper pipe printing system manufacturer exported to many countries including USA and well-known trade names – The speed of the equipment is 250m/min (average price m2=2.800đ)
An up-pushing joining machine through plastic grain with the speed of 180m/min is evaluated as a hi-end up-pushing joining machine in Korea, combining accessories of Japan and Germany, SHIN HAN trade-mark.
Taiwan Prodoing machine is a hi-end machine and coordinated with Japan, Germany at high speed 140m/min
SHIN HAN roll dividing machine, 2 machines, coordinated with Japanese and English technology. The speed is 350m/min.
4 finishing machines made by SHANGHAI, coordinated with Germany technology, the speed is 180bags/min (depend on technical demand)

Expectation of all officers – employees is to have more equipment for producing 03 shifts in order to have higher income. Saplastic doesn’t limit salary from the performance of each person.
Regularly hold period medical examination, uniform, labor safety in compliance with the standard of 02 Standard Control Systems ISO 9001:2000 and Environment Control System ISO 14001:2004.
Besides participating in compulsory Social Insurance and Medical Insurance, Company also bears entire expense for Medical Insurance of body injury and vehicle for its officers – employees.

With its confidence in the city plastic industry, Mr. Duong Quoc Thai – General Director of the Company is elected into the Executive Board of the city plastic associates, Mr. Duong Van Xuyen – Chairman of Board of Directors to be vice-chairman of HCMC plastic associates (Term 2000 - 2005 and Term 2006 - 2010)
Leadership of the factory is the officers with 17-year accumulated experience from factories such as Liksin, Saigon Trapaco, Batico, through management experience and technology, performed effectively plans in their management
Technical officers from hi-end joining film packaging factories mastered key positions together with technological engineers trained over last four years; they promoted good ability to meet production demands of Saplastic Factory Company.
With the workmanship promotion together with technical staffs, the factory encourages them by paying high salary so that they can concentrate on the technique and quality. There are now 02 workshops and 07 production teams that have to work from two to three shifts but still cannot solve contract requirements. At the moment, if being raised to three shifts, then we will be short of materials for producing synchronously with the equipment capacity, although customers and contracts have exceeded our capacity.
D. Turnover
From 2002-2003-2004-2005, annual turnover increase many times compared with the same period last year, creating confidence and prestige to customers. Saplastic has a plan to divide market segment of production volume for each customer in order not to be short due to customer factor.
In initial years, Bao Viet nylon calendar is a very necessary source but from 2004 it is reduced in amount. Until 2005, turnover from units’ calendar amount as well as calendar amount in 2006 of Bao Viet is a secondary turnover because present contracts are full from 2005, at the same time creating much more confidence for next period 2006-2007.

The relationship with customers with calendar printing demand at the end of the year in the whole country, including Bao Viet, Saplastic still, in its capacity, holds market segment, although having competition of quality, time and cost from other units; As for nylon calendar, till now, Saplastic not yet have competition due to its conditions or facilities in technology especially production experience in the technology.
E. Profits
Saplastic is the factory creating technology from the beginning point, different from other companies, factories that go from rudimental to hi-end technology, so their study is less complicated and more convenient. Nevertheless, Saplastic still initiatively rise with basic firm base of initial plan.
The year 2001 is the project planning year, importing synchronous technological equipment.
Quarter 4 of year 2002 is the year for installing and taking over, producing to pass initial period and accumulate printing cartridge.
The year 2003 proceeds in production for more experience and more cartridges for 2 and 3 shifts.
Annual turnover increases in comparison with the same period last year and it is convenient condition for Saplastic, cheerful for the whole officers – employees ensuring their living, looking after over 200 families of officers – employees.
F. Product quality process
Saplastic builds quality and environment control system according to international standard ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 obtained, granted by TUV organization of Federal Republic of Germany (the complex joining film packaging factory Company received two certificates at the same time) in order to create stable optimal product, production factor that affects to environment is identified, controlled thoroughly; orient to the target: Do right at the beginning andShare responsibility for each person.
Company designed and produced many types of complex joining film packaging products, able to supply for the industries such as foodstuff, confectionary, tea, coffee, medicine, chemical, frozen food, vacuum absorption…, with stable quality and checked by quality control system according to international standard ISO 9001: 2000.
