3. Overall Development Direction

Finalize the route of changing into Joint-Stock Company in Quarter III of 2007, to clear away capital source, stable development, production increasing to meet expanding plan of Board of Directors of the Company.
- Soon invest one chain of synchronous hi-end complex joining film packaging in Quarter I of 2008 with approximate value of 2.650 mil USD, including 8-color copper pipe printing system, spreading – joining machine with 2 up-pushing headers, finished bag producing machine, 4-edge hi-speed automatic finished bag, and 2 other bag machines, multi-functional roll dividing machine with quality control.
- Expand material facilities, workshops in order to meet production scale increasing plan
- Strive to obtain a production turnover of 250 mil VND/year in late 2008 and 450 million in 2009. Structuralize commodity to meet the market demand in each period to maximize profit rate/turnover.
- Actively improve quality of current human resource, appeal, draw talented, professional, experienced and administrative labors.
- Further improve airy working environment, with private culture, promote positive sides of staffs (creativity, diligent manner, technical and administrative applicability) in order to synchronize the production scale enlarging project.
- Gradually comes after privatization, 2010 plan together with next years, Company develop and promote equipment capacity, extension scale – so turnover in 2010 attains 500 bill VND/year.
Complex joining film packaging is the hi-end soft plastic packaging industry due to developing economy in society, complex joining film packaging requires not only quality, various models and arts is an essential need; the world is an environment of arts, models, patterns, specific materials of finished product structure. SAPLASTIC is determined to proceed deeply in the front of this difficult environment.

Due to developing economy in the society, complex joining film packaging requires not only quality, various models and arts is an essential need; especially when Viet Nam took part in WTO with extremely increasing export commodity. Packaging is the wings for bringing product into the global economic integration.
It is said that, good product but unsuitable packaging like a bird with body but without wings to fly to nowhere, the importance of packaging is not only for packing and protecting product but it increase many times product value. If having qualified packaging, beautiful and attractive pattern, high technology, counterfeit will be eliminated
Packaging contributes to promote product value, speed up contribution to the country economic development; it is also a mean to change social habit, at the same time to make consumer feel much more comfortable.

A nation like Viet Nam, although just coming into the market economy for over a decade but its development speed is considered as quick due to strong changing of the country in the innovatory period, SAPLASTIC Company mixed with countries and factories nationwide together with all people to build the economy; thought, timely caught to promote available potential to keep up with the innovation of state policy and guideline.
