Mission: Making contribution to the push-up of the sustainable development and affirming the Viet Nam packaging brand on the markets of South East Asia and Asia region.

 Vision (2010 - 2030): Translating Saplastic JSC into a masterly and firm multisector plastics group economically, laying foundations for the sustainable development inherent to protection of natural environment and social benefits.

General strategy (2010 – 2015):

  1.  Sustainable development: By retaining the average rate of the growth at 35% each year, ranking at the top five industry.
  2. The positioning of product brand: Planning the robust strategy of marketing proper to sources of the company, structuring and restructuring lines of the products in accordance with the optimal planning to maximize the profits and contribution to the community; Building and developing Saplastic-styled culture on foundations of vigorous and creative workforce; Inspiring professional behavior for the sake of the clients; Bolstering advanced managerial thinking in the community of staff members of Saplastic.
  3. Intensification of financial capability:
  • Continuously improving and reaching the high-quality products and price cutting;
  •  Properly investing in the programs of Research & Development, pushing up studies and invention of new technologies for improvement of production capacity, making a breakthrough on the quality of products;
  •  Reinforcing ties between the supplier – organization – client, closely cooperating in transfer of the new technologies form noxious materials and supporting the clients of productivity maximization and stabilizing the quality of products;
  •  Applying lean production to remove lavishness, rationalizing the procedures of production, preventing the flaws right from the start;
  •  Adopting the systems of advanced management, creating a favorable environment for completion of workforce, inviting the talents, increasing effeminacies and effectiveness in the operational process of Saplastic’s value chain.
